Last night Jaida fell asleep going to get a pizza with Monty. This was about 6:30 pm. We were able to watch an exciting episode of "24" without any interruptions. Monty went to bed after that, and I was awake with Kayla until 10:40 pm. Around 1:30 am Kayla woke up crying. I kept giving her a binky so that I wouldn't have to feed her. After a few tries of this I picked her up and went and fed her. Luckily she fell right back to sleep. At 4:00 am Jaida woke up wanting to eat. I went and made her some toast and we laid on the living room floor. She ate while I slept. The floor sure isn't as soft as it used to be, my hip was killing me when I woke up a little while later. By that time Monty had woken up and gotten in the shower, so I put Jaida in bed with me. I had just laid down when Kayla woke up again - hungry! I sat in bed this time to feed her. About 5:30 I lay Kayla down on the other side of Jaida and tried to fall asleep. I hear someone pull into our driveway and it's Monty - he forgot a bunch of stuff. It was probably 5:45 before I got back to sleep and 6:20 when I awoke to the alarm clock. I hate alarm clocks.
