Dear Kylan and Joey, you made the best "Newel and Doren". The crowd watching the parade kept making comments about how cute you two were. Too bad it was such a long walk and Kylan wanted to ride in the wagon from about the halfway mark.

Scooter Adventure

Dear Kylan, last night you decided to take off on your scooter. To the bridge.  By yourself.  Without telling anyone where you were going!! The only time I remember panicking this much was when Jaida wandered off. Bobbie, Hannah, Sidney, Jenna, Jaida, Misty, Joey and Whit Johnson were all looking for you! I found you on the trail clear down by the skate park... NAUGHTY!  You could tell that you knew you'd done something wrong.

Dear Kylan, the other day you wanted to hold Keira. After holding her for awhile, she fell asleep, good job!  After another few minutes you were asleep. :)

Homemade Chocolate Pie

Dear Jaida, this is your first ever made-from-scratch Chocolate Pie!  You made us wait forever to eat it because you wanted your friends to get the first pieces. I think I enjoyed it even more than you... I ate my slice, Joey's slice (he was mad that it wasn't perfectly formed) and Kylan's leftovers. YUM!

First Smiles

Dear Keira, for about the last week you have started smiling! Usually it's only in the mornings and right after you wake up. Last night I brought you out in your car seat and you sat there forever while I weeded and took care of the garden - let's do that more often. :)
