Kayla & Softball

Dear Kayla, when I took this picture of you I could totally see myself.  When I went looking for the picture of me that looks so much like you, I couldn't find it. This is me when I was in 4th grade... there are similarities. :)

Last night you had a softball game. Luckily Misty was able to take you while I stayed home with the baby. I watched you (from our back door) make a big hit and run all the way to second base! I can only guess how excited you were. But then the inning ended and you had to come in, but instead of going to the dugout you went walked around and around in circles until finally your coach came out and told you to go get your mitt. Your favorite position is catcher. The next time you got up to bat Misty said you were making all the coaches laugh but that she couldn't hear what you were saying. Wish I could keep a recorder on you. :)
